If you can't access a site ("Server Returned Extended Information" error) the server is just busy and has reached its user limit, which means you need to try again later. Also, some of the sites are only up at specific times, you just have to try it either in the morning or in the late afternoon. If you still can't access it, try using an FTP client (CuteFTP or BulletProof FTP) and using it to access the sites. If you still can't get to it, then read ahead.
